Yes, we will provide you with a unique care 3worker with full PPE kit delivered to you as well
It is standard practice for a member of our management team to visit and access each service user before commencing the service in order for us to understand the individual situation and then provide the best package to meet their needs accordingly.
At Sparkles Healthcare we provide a bespoke personalised care, we can tailor carers to match our individual service users. There can sometimes be a settling period if we have to commence the service quicker than we envisage, in this time we will provide you with highly trained and caring carer/s, once we match you with the care worker that you are happy with, except when they take time off, then they will continue to care for you. Depending on your package and the number of visits per week, between one and three careers, all individually approved by you.
We don’t charge for carrying out an assessment, or for monitoring visits. The payment you will make is only for your carer’s time or any package that you have agreed with us initially.
Yes. To ensure the wellbeign and safety of our Service users, Our care workers undergo a criminal check clearance. All our care workers are insured with a general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

The Sparkles Healthcare Support and care workers training Programme
for new staff will be in accordance with the relevant regulator and
skill for Care Certificate.
The programme will start with a four day orientation and induction,
which is mandatory and must be completed before commencing any duties
unsupervised.

Our Care workers and service users complete time sheets that are filled out and signed at the end of each visit. Our Care workers write details of the services that was provided in the communication book that is kept in our Service user’s home.
The arrival and departure times are also recorded. We also use electronic monitoring to log both the start and end of each visit.
Every service users that we provide a service for receives a bespoke Care Plan
personalised to their needs and budget.
We take different factors into account before the exact cost is determined. The number of care hours
per week, the type of care package, the location.
Our services are usually charged on an hourly basis
